Who may change the mint.
The specimen has run its posted lines. It cannot run the next one. No room that already collects dues has sat, and no room has said who may amend the schedule. A posted rule that no one can revise is publicity without self-government. This page does not invent the office.
- Room. Basket 100, fee 1, remainder 5. One tape.
- Tape. Five lines. No chain write.
- Wide. No list. No perpetual.
- Close. Retire zero. Nothing falls.
- Campus. Members can open the lines. An employer cannot scrape them.
- Amend. Not run. The person can refuse a line. The person has not been given a vote on the schedule.
Until a room names who posts the mint and who may change it, the specimen stays a desk. It is not a polity.
