Draft. Not accepted.
Who may post the mint, and who may change it. A room that already collects dues would still have to accept this. This page is not that accept. It does not invent the office.
- 01
The mint is one posted schedule. A zero session stays zero. No private window.
- 02
The first schedule is posted by the members present, before any new units. Absence is not a yes.
- 03
A change to the schedule is a new line. It needs the same accept as any other line. A refusal writes nothing.
- 04
The person, the director, and the agent are bound by the posted schedule. No office gets a quieter rule.
- 05
The person may refuse a line that skipped the order. The person may not amend the schedule alone.
- 06
An amendment that cannot be shown on the five-line tape is not a change.
- 07
This draft does not retire old debt, does not list a coin, and does not open a perpetual.
Basket, fee, and remainder stay the numbers already posted, until a room replaces them in the open. The model can force the use of a surplus. It cannot invent the room.
