The person is the third branch.
States write rules and can print. Corporations write paper that spends like money, then hide the loss until the public pays it. A person needs a third seat: a book neither of them can quietly rewrite.
That seat does not govern the other two. It checks them. Same rails. Same prices. Same tape. If a line cannot be shown, it is not policy.
01
Three seats. One book.
State
Can tax, license, and stretch the base when an office says the payments system requires it.
Corporation
Can issue deposits and invoices that clear as if they were cash, then socialize the tail.
Person
Reads the tape, pays the basket first, and refuses a print, a price, or a profit that skipped the order.
The third branch is not a new government and not a new bank. It is the right to keep a public record, and the duty to follow the same rules the other two follow.
02
The eight steps, in plain words.
ACTION! writes the eight steps on the tape in this browser. It does not touch a wallet.
01
Floor
A small basket of living costs is paid first. The money is surplus that was already named. It is not new money printed to cover the week.
A state cannot skip the basket to fund something else. A company cannot call the leftover profit if the basket was never paid.
02
Mint
New base units come from one public schedule, sold at a posted price. There is no private window for a treasury or a bank.
Neither branch can stretch the money supply over a weekend and explain it later.
03
Issue
A household, a firm, and a treasury may all write named credit on the same rail. That paper is a promise. At the register it is not cash.
A bank deposit and a household invoice follow the same rule. Neither spends as if it were already money.
04
Tape
Five things must be shown: who holds the claim, what was minted, what lien sits on it, how it converted, and what an agent did. Private life stays off the book.
An act that cannot be shown is a story, not a policy. A missing line is not a privilege for the state or the firm.
05
Charge
Two prices stay separate. The discount is the market’s haircut. The charge is the posted fee for writing the paper at all. Both are named before anyone signs.
No friend rate. No treasury exemption. A fee invented after a loss is a fine, and fines are not this book.
06
Agent
Software is a clerk of the posted rules. It pays the basket on the clock, flags a side price, and refuses a second print.
It does not mint. It does not decide who deserves the basket. An office, public or private, does not get a quieter standard.
07
Thin
When almost no one is trading, the honest number is wide, high, or small. That width is the information.
A quiet club cannot invent a tight price. A thin book is not an excuse for either branch to print.
08
Desert
After the basket and the listed prices are paid, what remains is named to the person who earned it. A loss stays with that name too.
Taking the remainder back later is confiscation. Dumping the loss on the public is the old trick. Neither is allowed.
03
How they lock together.
- The floor runs first, so survival is not a vote.
- The mint is one schedule, so a miss is not covered by new units.
- Issue lets anyone write credit, and stops that credit from pretending to be cash.
- The tape makes a hidden act fail. What is not written is not a rule.
- The charge is paid when the paper is written, so the tail is not handed to the public later.
- The agent runs the posted rules on a clock. It does not get a mood.
- A thin book stays wide. Width is not patched overnight.
- Desert is only what remains. Skipping the floor to reach it is a private mint against survival.
Together this is one ecosystem, not eight products. The person stands in it as the third branch: able to see the print, able to refuse a line that skipped the order, and bound by that same order.
Start on the floor desk · do not start on the market.

Watch the rail.
These films are Hedera’s. They show the public rail the book writes on: many copies, no single clerk, order that does not depend on who pays more.
