Core Framing

Introduce the new order as a fortress against quiet prints and fee extraction, not as a moral good. Beneficiaries of the old order will resist; potential beneficiaries stay lukewarm until they experience retained margin and the power of refusal. Same rules bind state, firm, and person. Floor stays senior. If it cannot be shown, it is not policy.

Execution Phases

1. Phase 0 — Diagnostic Foundation. Audit friction points and lock the non-moral framing.
2. Phase 1 — The Fox. Selectively convert resentful creators and merchants with structural seniority and concrete margin.
3. Phase 2 — The Lion. Deploy decisively at moments of platform or institutional friction as the ready escape.
4. Phase 3 — Illusion of Simplicity. Hide complexity behind familiar, authoritative interfaces. Surface the three numbers that matter.
5. Phase 4 — Unbreakable Incentives. Eliminate the skim and make abandonment costly. Loyalty follows material interest.
6. Phase 5–7. Pre-commit conflict rules, counter the old order with visible evidence, then scale only after the floor pays on time and the tape is regularly shown.

The Arms

The immutable tape, public refusal by the Third Seat, and the fixed sequence are the standing capacity. Unarmed prophets fail. Shared power remains safe only while the book is kept in public and no seat receives a private window.

Caution

The plan is a disciplined sequence. It is not a guarantee. Highest practical risks: a thin Fox cohort that never compounds, and any softening of the stop condition before the floor has paid on time and the tape is regularly shown. The arms constrain only those who already accept the book. Outside the system the old order continues. Voluntary adoption can remain a niche parallel rail even when every internal incentive is correct. Scale is refused until the floor and the tape are demonstrably working. An unpublished change is not a change.
