#thirdseat
One sitting. Nothing inherited.
The third seat is the front. It does not replace the state or the firm. This page is one run of the order, beside the old books. An offer is not a debt until a person accepts it.
The seats stay where they are. Start with nothing. A named surplus cancels a line only on Retire.
Old books, untouched
Private wealth is not titled to the treasury. The third seat can refuse a rollover that skipped Retire.
| Seat | Open stock | This run |
|---|---|---|
| State | Gross federal debt about $40.1T. Official net about −$41.7T. | Nothing. A deficit is a skipped floor, not a retire. |
| Firm | Credit already issued, including a hidden loss. | Nothing. Limited liability stays. A hidden loss is still not a privilege. |
| Person | Only lines this person has already accepted. | Unaccepted offers write nothing. |

- 01
Floor
Basket 100, already saved. Paid first.
- 02

- 03

Credit is a promise. It is not cash at the register.
- 04

The line is written only after a person accepts.
- 05
Charge
Fee 1, named before the signature. No friend rate.
- 06
Agent
Pays the date. Refuses a second print.
- 07
Thin
A missing listing is a width, not a tight price.
- 08
Desert
5. One line. Titled to the next basket.
- 09
Retire
Zero. No named surplus was locked to an old line.
Accepted
Offer A, a help
Pay 40, expenses 10, and the desert already posted. The tape takes the line. The helper is paid 40 in a stable unit. Expenses go to whoever bore them. Face is a promise, not cash at the register. Floor after accept: 105. Open promise: 40, until the date is paid from surplus already titled.
Refused
Offer B, a rollover
Old firm face 200. No retire date. No live discount. A request that this desert secure the old sheet. A refusal writes nothing and pays nothing. The old face stays open on the firm’s book. It cannot roll at par on this tape.
Close
- Floor paid first from surplus already named: 100.
- Desert locked to the line already posted. Not absorbed by the next deficit.
- Retire: zero. No old debt falls.
- Seed not spent. No second print.
The new stack can sit beside the other two, take only what a person accepts, and leave the old stock where it is until cash on that old sheet cancels a line. The model can force the use of a surplus. It cannot invent the surplus.
